An honorable man

A very kind and generous man has been taken from us too soon. Robert C. Grim born March 8, 1938 left us suddenly February 27, 2008. Father to my best friend, he had 4 biological daugthers. I always felt like an honorary daughter as he always treated me like one of his own. I have very fond memories of him that make me smile, but I am heart sick over this loss just the same. Bob can be proud to know that he left a wonderful family who can make certain that his kind, generous and loving spirit lives through them. They are the result of the exemplary life that he led and by honoring him through their lives, they can continue to share him with us.

He and my Dad were friends and even worked together from time to time. They were painters amongst other things. Perhaps we can all find a little bit of comfort as together they paint the skies with amazing color for us to enjoy. As we look at the sky, they'll be with us every day and we will never forget just how much they influenced our lives and others. And how much we love them.
